Terms of Service

Welcome to Onereach. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Onereach’s audience analytics platform, including our website at trackwithonereach.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Onereach. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure and your contact email up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Connected platforms

Onereach connects to platforms in two different ways, and it’s worth knowing which one applies to you:

• YouTube connects through Google’s official API using OAuth. You authorise Onereach directly, we read only the metrics Google exposes to you, and we store the resulting tokens encrypted at rest.
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X connect by handle. You give us a public username or page, and we retrieve publicly available metrics for that account through a third-party data provider. This does not use OAuth, we never ask for or hold your credentials for these platforms, and we can only read data that is already public.

We never post on your behalf on any platform. Because the second method depends on a third-party provider and on what each platform chooses to make public, those integrations can change, degrade, or stop working without notice. Each connection remains subject to the relevant platform’s own terms, including, where applicable, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove any connection at any time from your dashboard, and for YouTube also from Google’s own security settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Onereach offers a 7-day free trial (no credit card required) and a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. That means your payment is made to Lemon Squeezy rather than to us, and their terms and refund policy apply to the transaction alongside these Terms.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change pricing on a forward-looking basis with reasonable notice; a price change will never affect a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate Onereach fully, with your own accounts connected, before you pay anything. Once a payment has been taken, fees are non-refundable, except in the two cases below.

We will refund you when:

• Core functionality is unavailable for a sustained period. This applies whether the cause is a fault in Onereach itself or the failure of a third-party service we depend on, such as a platform’s API or the data provider behind our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X integrations. If you paid for a period in which you could not meaningfully use the Service, we will make it right with a refund or account credit for the affected period, whichever you prefer.
• The law requires it. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract; where you asked us to start the service immediately, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part you used.

We do not refund for:

• changing your mind, or forgetting to cancel, once a billing period has started;
• the unused remainder of a period after you cancel, since you keep full access until it ends;
• a platform you chose not to connect, or data a platform declines to make available to us.

To request a refund, email support@trackwithonereach.com within 30 days of the charge, telling us your account email and what went wrong. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, approved refunds are issued by them to your original payment method, and they may also apply their own refund policy independently of these Terms.

6. Your data

You own your account data and the content you connect through Onereach. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models. Our processing is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Onereach to harm anyone;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass our rate limits or access controls;
• use Onereach to monitor accounts you don’t own or have explicit permission to monitor;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend access for any of the above without notice.

8. Service changes and availability

We’re a small team shipping fast. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We’ll do our best to communicate material changes in advance. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis; we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that platform integrations will always work, third-party APIs change and sometimes break.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onereach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. On termination, you’ll lose access to historical data after a reasonable export window, see the Privacy Policy for retention details.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onereach is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith discussion, and otherwise in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
